Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

Answer: We're sorry but we cannot cancel or modify your order once it has been placed. It is immediately sent to our warehouse for packaging, so we can ensure timely delivery.

Can I ship to multiple locations?

Answer: If you wish to ship to more than one location, you will need to place an order for each individual shipping address. It is not possible at this time to input more than one shipping address per order.

How do I change my account information?

Answer: Click on My Account at the top of the web page. Once you are in your account page, click on either "Edit Your Profile" to change your addresses or "Change Email/Password" to update your email and password.

How do I log out of my account?

Answer: Click on "Log Out" at the top of the web page.

How do I track my order?

Answer: Click on My Account at the top of the web page then click on Order History on the left side of the page to view your order history. Click on the number of the order you wish to check. You will find your UPS tracking number beneath your Shipping Method information. If you click on this number, you will be taken to the UPS website to immediately track the status of your order.

You will not be able to track your order if you do not have an account on You must place your order using your account to receive your UPS tracking number. We are also not able to track any orders shipped via USPS which is often the shipping method used for P.O. Box/APO/FPO addresses. For this reason we prefer to receive your physical address rather than a P.O Box number.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Answer: Your satisfaction is important to us. We take great care to ensure our products are of the highest quality. If for some reason you find that your order is unsatisfactory we will be more than happy to process your return. EXCHANGES CANNOT BE PROCESSED: PLEASE PLACE NEW ORDER. If the item you received was damaged in shipping please call 1-800-967-3399. You can return the merchandise through the mail for a refund. No exchanges can be processed. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the time of purchase. Refunds are issued according to the method of payment used for the original purchase. Please enclose your invoice and unused merchandise in like-new condition, in the original packaging and mail the package back INSURED (paid by customer) to the address below:

A receipt or packing slip must accompany all returns. Returns can be processed for products purchased through, Lang Catalogue or through our Customer Service Center at 800.967.3399, but CANNOT be accepted if purchased through retailers or stores. Please allow a minimum of three weeks to process your return. Once your returned product has been received in our warehouse we will refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged. We're sorry, shipping charges cannot be refunded unless the return is a result of our error or has been damaged in shipping. All sales are final on seasonal and discounted items.

What should I expect to happen once I place an online order?

Answer: You will receive an email confirmation of your order after your order has been successfully placed on If you do not receive an order confirmation email after you place your order on, the email may have been placed in your spam folder, blocked by your email service or your email box may be full. We ship via UPS SmartPost, which is a service where UPS transfers your package to your local post office for delivery by the postal carrier. We ship packages within 24-48 hours and typically your order will arrive within a week to 10 days, depending on your location. We ship from Columbus, OH.

I purchased a product, and now it is showing up as "Out of Stock" on your website. Will I still receive it?

Answer: You should still receive this product if you purchased it while it was still in stock. If, for some reason, this is not the case, you will be notified that the product is no longer available.

Does Lang accept art submissions?

Answer: Yes, we accept submissions at any time throughout the year. Thank you for your interest in submitting artwork for consideration in the various product lines of Lang. We do not specify sizes since we produce many product categories; note pads, greeting cards, calendars, Christmas cards, note cards, boxes, books, décor etc. The size requirements vary from product to product.

If you do not know the styles of art we use, we suggest you familiarize yourself with our products by visiting our booths at various gift shows throughout the country or visit our website at Our lines include country-inspired and traditional styles, at-home design, and décor themes, contemporary designs and other styles considered. We generally do not accept abstract or extremely contemporary styles.

You are welcome to submit transparencies, slides, color copies, photos or any other form of reproduction that best represents your style and ability. Please do not send the original art. How can I find out more information on an artist?

Answer: Lang is privileged to work with an exceptional group of talented artists. Information about your favorite artists can be found at the bottom of a product page. You can also search by Artist to view additional information and products that are specific to your favorite artist.

How can I receive email updates from Lang?

Answer: At the top of every web page there is a "Follow Us" box. Click on "Sign up for Emails" and enter your information to receive emails from Lang.

How do I request a Lang Catalogue?

Answer: Click on Request a LANG Catalog link at the top of the web page and fill out the information to have a Lang catalogue sent to you. Keep in mind the catalogs come out during the fall and holiday seasons. Occasionally we may have a spring or summer catalog.

How do I submit a resume for employment at Lang?

I received more than one catalogue.

Answer: Although we regularly clean and perform maintenance on our mailing lists, you could be on our mailing list twice. We are sorry for the inconvenience. We hope that you will pass the extra catalogue onto a friend. If I purchase a calendar, will it fit in my frame?

Answer: The size of a Lang Wall Calendar is 13-3/8" x 24". All of our full size wall calendars are the same size. Also, please make sure you are ordering the corresponding frame for the Wall Calendar.

Small Wall Calendar Frames are now called Vertical Calendar Frames and only Vertical Wall Calendars will fit into them. Vertical Wall Calendars are the same dimensions as the previous Small Wall Calendars. They are spiral bound with the spiral at the top of the calendar and the image and month below.

What does it mean when an item says "Out of Stock"?

Answer: When an item is listed as "not in stock" that means we do not have any inventory on hand at the present, but we may be getting more in the future. Since we are not always able to get definite dates when these items will be in, we are not able to pass that information to you. If a calendar or planner for the current year is out of stock, it will not be available again to purchase.

Where is my LANG Catalogue?

Answer: We typically mail catalogues at the end of the year, usually in early autumn or during the holiday season. If you have not received a catalogue, please resubmit your information in the Catalogue Request link at the top of the web page. Please keep the catalogue you receive to order from throughout the year.

Where can I find LANG products in my area?

Answer: Our products are sold at many retailers such as Hallmark Stores, Barnes and Nobles, Books A Million, Cracker Barrel, Hasting, Target, Costco, and Ace Hardware stores. You can also look for our products at the independently owned gift shops in your local area. Unfortunately, we do not have a comprehensive list of specific items that are purchased by specific stores. Please call the store first to see if they have the item you are looking for.

Why do some items take longer to ship?

Answer: Manufacturer direct items are shipped by the manufacturer. Each manufacturer has agreed to ship within a specified time frame, which varies by manufacturer. The time frame needed to produce and ship the item is listed under the item's picture. Expedited shipping is not available on these items.

What is a manufacturer direct item?

Answer: Manufacturer direct items are shipped to the customer directly from the manufacturer. Expedited shipping is not available for these items. When you order in stock items with manufacturer direct items, you may receive separate shipments.
