Your satisfaction is important to us. We take great care to ensure our products are of the highest quality. If for some reason you find that your order is unsatisfactory we will be more than happy to process your return.

If the item you received was damaged in shipping please call 1-800-967-3399.
You can return the merchandise through the mail for a refund no exchanges can be processed.
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the time of purchase. Refunds are issued according to the method of payment used for the original purchase. Please enclose your invoice and unused merchandise in like-new condition, in the original packaging and mail the package back INSURED (paid by customer) to the address below:

A receipt or packing slip must accompany all returns. Returns can be processed for products purchased through lang.com, Lang Catalogue or through our Customer Service Center at 800.967.3399, but CANNOT be accepted if purchased through retailers or stores.
Please allow a minimum of three weeks to process your return. Once your returned product has been received in our warehouse we will refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged.
We're sorry, shipping charges cannot be refunded unless the return is a result of our error or has been damaged in shipping.
All sales are final on seasonal and discounted items were mentioned.
